適(shi)在(zai)于(yu)(yu)小眼及(ji)中型(xing)機(ji)地埋(mai)管(guan)的(de)內腔粉末(mo)(mo)噴(pen)涂(tu)(tu)工藝(yi)，它是運用(yong)無氣粉末(mo)(mo)噴(pen)涂(tu)(tu)機(ji)輸送管(guan)來的(de)直流電藝(yi)術涂(tu)(tu)料上，能夠特別制作的(de)噴(pen)咀，使藝(yi)術涂(tu)(tu)料上霧化吸入(ru)后同時建立高音喇叭形（園碗形、漏(lou)空(kong)），平滑地噴(pen)在(zai)地埋(mai)管(guan)內界面，最后變(bian)現地埋(mai)管(guan)的(de)粉末(mo)(mo)噴(pen)涂(tu)(tu)工藝(yi)。 NKP-1型(xing)大(da)(da)部分使于(yu)(yu)Ф50-Ф300mm的(de)線路，工業漆消費黏(nian)性不了大(da)(da)于(yu)(yu)80秒（4號福特杯(bei)）。只要工業油漆黏(nian)度優于(yu)(yu)80秒，要加液體調制。NKP-1型(xing)最基本不會受管(guan)道網長(chang)寬高禁止，但建議不長(chang)而15米(mi)。
